Wine educator Steve Olson will demonstrate what Spaniards have known for centuries, that Sherry belongs not just at the beginning or end of a great meal, but at all points in between. About Steve Olsen
Steve Olsonknown in some circles as "The Wine Geek"is dedicated to the education and consultation of degustation for appreciation and celebration. He teaches, lectures and writes about wine, beer, spirits and sake discussing their integral cause and effect relationship with food. Olson also preaches the gospel of his mission: making tasting fun by removing the intimidation factor and the pretense. Olson has written for such publications as Sante, Food & Wine and Wine & Spirits. He was also the co-host of "QUENCH", the Food Network US weekly program that celebrated beer, wine and spirits.
