This bottling of "Alice" was created exclusively from "old vine" Riesling and is produced in very small quantities. A delicious sparkling wine, it combines the bread dough and honey notes of bottle fermentation with the floral, berry and spice flavors that are characteristic of Riesling. The finished product is well-balanced and harmonious.
