Here, this 100% biodynamically farmed Sauvignon Blanc expresses the intense chalky, mineral-rich Loire soil like a page out of a scratch n' sniff book. Add to that a pretty, citrusy fruit bowl of lemons and limes, and soft, rich, slightly spicy and peppery mouthfeel-as well as a price point that's a no brainer for weeknight seafood suppers-and we've found it a no-brainer to grab on our way out the door here. --PJ
