Indaba Western Cape Shiraz 2010 (750ML)
Break out the lamb sausage or a few pre-dinner slices of smoky speck to go along with this ripe and spicy South African Shiraz. While mostly made up of the latter varietal, Indaba rounds things out for the 2009 with a small percentage of Merlot and Cabernet Franc in the mix, too. We get a lot of black, juicy fruit here-cherries and blackberries, namely-with a chocolaty, cracked black pepper finish that truly goes great with anything that's got grill marks.
