Young, playful, and incredibly fresh on the nose, we were drawn to this gamine raspberry-scented Gamay for its true purity of fruit, compliments of winemaker/owner Jean-Paul Brun's insistence on using natural yeasts. In your mouth: cinnamon, granite, black cherry would be great with some grilled chicken breast with dried Chukar cherries and tarragon.--PJ
