Natural Wine

“Natural Wines” can be thought of us as “minimal intervention wines” or “raw wines”. That often means little or no sulfur (not to be confused with sulfites which exist naturally in ALL wines), indigenous yeast fermentation, and zero flavor enhancement (new oak or otherwise). These wines are typically characterized by more pronounced yeasty aromas and "barnyard" notes along with sometimes being a touch fizzy. They’re the punk rock of the wine world.
